Here's a link to the Microsoft site that has the minimum requirement for a pc to run Windows Vista. Make sure you check out all the information. It details what you will need to get the most out of your Vista experience. Windows Vista=edit= Here's a beta version of an upgrade advisor for Windows Vista. Microsoft put it out to let you decide what you want out of Vista. It'll then scan you pc to see if your current hardware can support the version of Vista that'll meet your needs. Windows Vista, my friend who has been locked in a box for over a year, is the replacement OS for Windows XP. It's been in the works for 5 years now.

There are some people who do not keep up with this kind of stuff. There the ones that buy a new computer and do not realize it has a new OS until they get it home. Then they complain because they don't know anything about it and the computer didn't come with a book for it.
It's not bad that you didn't know caesar but we have talked about it in the forums before. Maybe you missed the discussions. No matter, it's coming and the specs you'll need for some really cool graphic effects in Windows are in the above links. If you can afford it go for a permium setup. You shouldn't be disappointed at all.

Rick, do you mean shouldn't be disappointed? That one kinda flowed a little odd. (you can delete this post, Rick, if you change it to shouldn't)

Rick called me ignorant. Yea I missed the discussions. I haven't seen it anywhere, and if it's on like page 130 of spammers world, well I'm sorry I don't go scrolling back 900 pages to old material. Anyway, I'm not exactly computer illiterate, but trust me when new things come out I don't ever really hear of them until they do and I fare quite well with the new systems; I don't act like a bumbling idiot as you insinuated.
I'm sick of getting pwned.

I was not directing that at you. It was rather an observation of situations in the past. Like I said before, most people do not keep up with this type of stuff so I was not surprised that you didn't know but found it odd because you were in the forums when the discussion first came up. As before, maybe you missed it. It's no biggie and I wasn't calling you ignorant.
