Ok, you guys know how I'm big on RPG's. Well, I've been playing Tales of Symphonia (Gamecube game) for a while, and the game has 2 discs. I've been working on it for probably 70 hours, and I've finally reached disc 2. I am the happiest gamer alive right now. God, I love this game.

Sounds like a good rpg, how much of the 72 hours was like actual story continuing play not leveling. Just curious becuase I know peeps can spend lots of time leveling. Congrats though I know the worst and best thing about rpg's is finally ending it and knowing that its over which sucks. But then, its cool becuaes you know you get to start fresh with new characters in another game.

You don't waste time leveling. At least I didn't. I haven't found a boss fight that I needed to restart and level up before (then again, I'm not playing on hard), and the storyline is one of the ones that you think about away from the game, with all the twists. When you start, you honestly cannot guess anything remotely close to the ending.

Its prolly a cliche RPG ending. THe main character falls in love with the chosen one. The chosen one must sacrifice herself to save the world. The hero sacrifices himself so the chosen one doesnt have to die. The world is saved anyway. THE END.

Nah, you only got the 2nd of the 4 parts right. And, that isn't a spoiler. it is announced .0000003 seconds into the game.

I've beaten 200 hrs, I can't remember what game it was, though. That was back when I was a kid, and I loved wasting time leveling up. Now, I just go through the game quickly, trying to beat it in a short time, and it is harder that way. You don't use up time to level up, and you don't spend time searching for better items. Then again, on the 2nd way through, I do search.

Wow. That's suprising. Then again, you must be one of those people who don't like the cartoonish RPG's. Am I right? You're more into Final Fantasy and those ones? Let's see, my favorite 2 RPG's are on gamecube, ToS and Skies of Arcadia: Legends. 3rd is FFX. But, almost every one I've played for Gamecube is amazing, IMO.

It's too bad you aren't a little more like me, and just ignoring the graphics. If I didn't do that, there's no way I could play some of my games. Empire Earth = Out the window. Gamecube = useless. I'm not telling you I'm right, or you're wrong, or anything like that. I'm just asking you to try a game and look past the graphics. More often than not, RPGs with worse graphics have the better storyline, as less time is wasted in visual development.
