YO zan i got a question.. i want to add an animated picture instead of my picture of the penguin... i want to add a picture of an animated x-man collosus or the beast guy can u let me know how to do this

Why of course and thank you for asking.
You first have to get this picture of yours on the internet somewhere. If it is not already on the internet, upload it to your imageshack account. Next, go to your user profile. Scroll down to personalized picture (this is your avatar). Check the box next to "I have my own pic:" and put in the url of the picture. You don't need the ubc tags, just the url (make sure it starts with http://). It should be a small pic and square, something around 65 x 65 pixels. If it is a big pic, I can reduce it for you.
