Bullshit they are. They lost Scuderi and one other defenseman who isn't as cool as him. They didn't really gain anything, and they don't have that much young talent in the AHL. They've got one kid defenseman who's supposed to be good, but not two. Can't reload like the Red Wings can with their minors. Too bad the Wings look like shit so far.

I'm not jealous. Why would I be when we've won 4 cups in my lifetime? Pittsburgh deserved to win because Detroit came out flat in both games and played with no emotion.
And there's no reason to be jealous because the teams have split the last 2 years and we took them to 7 games with our 2nd best player out for 4 games and not himself when playing with an injury.

How is it making an excuse? Detroit played with no emotion and lost to the team that deserved to win. Where is there even an excuse in that statement? The only excuse is Datsyuk being hurt, and go read any publication that doesn't say it wouldn't have been different. I didn't even think about it before reading it in SportingNews and Sports Illustrated.
