Ok, so my mom's Toshiba Satellite is going haywire. Just recently it has slowed down to snails pace and has been crashing to the point of needing to be fully restored. I think we have restored it 5 times.
Any idea what could be causing the problem? This laptop was lighting fast when we got it and suddenly it has just crapped out.
