when i play the 360, i'd prefer to use my monitor over my tv. is this possible? what would i need?
any help is appreciated, i'm willing to answer any questions you may have. thanks

if your monitor only has a DVI connector you'll need a DVI to VGA adapter. It comes with most video vards but you can get it separately if needed.

Is your monitor really that beastly? Ehh.. it's a mix between that and by tv being suck. tv is only 19 inch, and it's a box screen. monitor is 20 inch, lcd, and a bit more wide screen. i've watched a few halo montages on it in full screen and it makes me cry knowing i can't play on it but soon.. i'll be able to.

i <3 it. it's so different when playing. i can see people across the map easily now, without having to zoom in and guess where their head is. plus.. my computer speakers are a lot better than the ones on my tv were, so i can here grenades going past me and what side their on etc. doesn't burn my eyes at all, and i can sit much closer.
sucks a little that i have to keep switching wires, but i plan to get the switch sometime soon so i'm fine with it for now.
