The Halo 3 Team Swat play list goes live at 12pm pacific today (so as of right now it should be up). You get double experience for playing in it.

It isn't as good as Halo 2 SWAT, but it works.
Especially with the noobs who try to kill with the grenades instead of chucking them at explosives.
