@ Costs question: Yeah, you can only put so much of everything on the map. They do that so you can't completely kill the map.

I don't like the option to place stuff on the map. It harder develop strategies like that, and one team can give themselves advantage.

You'd have to have someone who knows what they are doing make it. Just like with any map editor/maker.

Keep in mind that this is just an editior and you can only use it in customs I believe. Bungie wouldn't want maps changing on the fly in a matchmade game. This would be fun to mess around in.
