I think now everyone in the clan that played with me in the past days knows this trick, i just wanted to tell everyone that i was not suppose to tell anyone how to do it. So do not tell anyone at all. And try not to show it to everyone, i dont want this glitch expanding to everyone.

I dont think they can stop it because people used stand by in counter strike before halo2 came out. but what they could do is that if you internet gets unpluged you should be kicked out (right now you get 4 seconds to plug it back in)
