So I'm playing a CTF game and everybody but me quits. A couple people come in but leave right away. Long story short, I ended up with 87 points and 15 flag grabs. I was trying to get 100 points but the timer ran out. Now if I could just get another medal I would go straight to Chief Warrant Officer. I need 500 more points for 2nd Lieutenant.

What do you need to do to get another medal?

Let's see, 10 kills with a certain kit's weapons, 20 explosive kills in a round, uhmm, heal 4 allies by at least 1/3rd, repair 5 allied cars by at least 1/3rd of armor, and there's more.

I tried to get the heal four teammates one but they wouldn't let me. I can't stay alive long enough to get 10 sniper kills without dying and 4 kills with one smg clip seems damn near impossible.

In BF:2 PC, a basic healing strategy involves just dropping ur med packs on the ground. When your teammates are injured, they pick up the med pack and it automatically heals them fully. Can u do that in the xbox version? If not, just wait with ur med pack out by someone who is prone and bound to get shot at. Things will take care of themselves.

No, the xbox version is a support guy that has an injector so you have to "shoot" the perosn you want to heal.

Yep, same with an idiot friend (usually me) who seems to always end up setting the jeep on fire, and getting that fixed up 5 times.

I'm thinking noone wanted to stick around int he room with only one person and since the game didn't end I got to score flags.

On pc, ppl join and leave as they please, but the game will not start until a minimum number of people are playing, in order to keep ppl from starting their own server and racking up the points. When the number of ppl on the server falls below the minimum, the game ends and the team with the most players (sometimes points) wins.
