Indeed...after4 hours of investigation last night, including bad Russian translations, making fun of Rory's receding hairline, making the controller shake, and plotting coordinates, I got nothing really out of it.
A few things though:
Rev64 - Revelations 6:4? Revelations 6:4 talks about the apocalypse and the world ending. It gives X and Y coordinates in the side bar. Coordinates point to a spot near Atlanta, Georgia. The videos, I haven't watched them with sound yet, so I'll get back to you. In each of the forums(R6, SC, and GR) there is a different header at the top pertaining to this REV64 thing. One of them has Russian on it...I think the Rainbow Six one. I'm thinking this means that Russia has something to do with this. Some sort of nuclear war thing. The title of the page is JSF28555833-80604722. In the side bar thing, there are classified parts of the guy's file that come up.
Only 4 of those classified files have the numbers from the title.
2855: LC-46 5833: CA 16.5 8060: 14.5.19 4722: BMP08
No idea what those mean.
Now...I'm thinking that whatever this is, it takes place before the first Ghost Recon, story-line-wise I mean.
In the Rainbow Six storyline, the RAINBOW team had to capture a guy named Brightling in order to stop him from pulling off a global genocide. Ghost Recon's first game begins in 2008, with a nuclear-threat from Russia, hence the Russian on the forum headers.
Remember how i said that those coordinates pointed to Atlanta, Georgia? Well, (Taken from Wikipedia): "Ghost Recon begins in 2008, with civil unrest in Russia. Ultra-nationalists have seized power in Moscow, with plans to rebuild the Iron Curtain. Their first step is clandestine support of rebel factions in Georgia and the Baltic States."
So maybe a collaboration between all three games? But what about Splinter Cell? Maybe it's just R6 and GR?

It's called Georgia. The setting of the first Splinter Cell game. Georgia the country is the location, not Atlanta, Georgia. Just my assumption though.

In a few years, it won't matter anyway. Ongoing Civil War and the threat of Nuclear Domination is going to wipe 3rd-world Georgia off of the map.
