i think it is truly harder to play on xbox live on 360 then on Xbox in the lvlin up part of it...cuz this is just my opinion...most people(not everybody) that have 360's are like hardcore gamers so they play games all the time and are usually at least decent at most games...while on xbox on the other hand lots of noobs play and u dont play as good as people you would on 360...because of the price and really only hardcore games bought it when it first came out so i guess what im trien to say is hardcore gamers that bought a 360 and play on live are better than ur average xbox 1 live players..........i think i explained that right if it doesnt make sense jus dont worry bout it....jus a theory dont bite my head off plz

Sounds plausable but whose to say that those same people you say are hardcore gamers and not the same people who were once noobs on xbox. Everybody is good at some game, some more than other but there's always a learning curve. No matter what game you play there will always be someone better and someone worse than you are at that time. It's just a fact of gaming.
Now you theory bring up a point of you may be seeing more people on that are just as good or a little better because of the frequency of play. You did say that you think hardcore gamers play more and I would suppor that. Most "casual gmaers" will only spend a few hours a week whereas the hardcore gamer would spend days at a time if they could. Good theory. Let's see what everyone else has to say.

*bites deluxe's head off*
I see what you are trying to say, it makes sense but you have one major flaw in your theory. And that is Spoiled kids. (I think it is pretty much self explanatory from there but i will explain a little more)
Once upon a time i had a cousin *cough* Zain Master *cough* now this cousin had come here from my foriegn country and was very VERY spoiled. For one this guy had every movie English and Indian known to man. I mean literally he had it all. HE even had a whole bunch of computer games also. Now one day this particular person visits me and see's me playing halo 1. He says it is really cool and wants to buy it. I told him it is very expensive but it is really cool. He tells me really how much is it? I tell him it is 300 dollars and 50 dollars for the game. He says alright. And what do i know next he buys it within the next 2 days and keeps claiming he is better than me. Couple more examples: I buy a new comp one day, he buys one the next day. I get a higher speed internet so does he. I get a router so does he. (the same kind too.) So basically what i am saying is that he is nowher as good as me but has pretty much everything. He would have a 360 if he still played video games.

I agree with Deluxe, based off of one game I have played for both systems: Battlefield 2. Now, by what I've seen, the people on xbox (I got it the day it came out, and had it for a month or so) were horrible, and the online play was extremely easy to get a high rank. I think I only needed help with 3. Now, on 360. The people are good, most better than me. I also got this within the week it came out, so I was right with them in the learning curve. So, basing my opinion off of that, 360 gamers are more competitive and usually better than xbox gamers. Now, certain games, say Halo, 360 gamers are more often worse at now then they used to be, either because they had to relearn the game, or are switching controllers from 360 to xbox for a game, which is also trouble. But, for games released on both systems, the 360 versions are more competitive than the xbox version. (Then again, the xbox single player of BF2 was excruciatingly easy, while the single player for 360 is at a much higher difficulty, meaning the training level for 360 players is higher.)

I think its true that in general, for all games, people on 360 are more serious. But there are specific games, halo being the biggest, that that doesnt apply to.
