Does Query Spree only keep track of your performance since you have been added to the service? Cuz, I was using the comparator, and some of the categories I lost in should be way different, (like time played... 26 hours? I dont THINK so!!!) Could someone please fill me in?

Query spree uses all information that isn't purged from Bungie. Joe, you have 3364 games that it's looking at but I bet most of those are purged so some of the stats will be incorrect. It may also consider the playing time based on games that they use for the EGR, which would be match making games. I'll look around on the forums to see if there's any other reason as to why it's so low.
=edit= This is straight from their site:
The Data Sending data to Shatterock for the leaderboards and player profile pages is optional and totally up to you. By default, that feature is disabled in Query Spree, so you must enable it yourself. Once enabled, at the end of a 'run' for a tag in your collection, data will be summarized and sent to the Shatterock database. The data you send includes total games, kills, assists, deaths, suicides, shots fired, shots hit, head shots, medals, EGR, playlist levels, URLs to your TPS report and clan website, and total minutes spent playing for those games. However, for those data totals, only valid, ranked, non-purged games will be uploaded.
Valid - means it has been downloaded with version 1.1.4 of Query Spree and has been validated for authenticity.
Ranked - means the game was in a playlist that Bungie does or did at one time display/track an experience level for.
Non-Purged - means that the full set of stats was available on Bungie for download, as they do periodically purge data from their site in order to keep performance up.
