If I don't, my BR is off horribly for about 10 minutes, and the first minute I feel like I am on 7 sensitivity.

I play on a 7 all the time. 7 is nice. Not too fast, not too slow, with a little bit of luck thrown in.

I need to play slower, because I sweep better on 5 than anything (go figure), and my BR is decent with it that slow.
