If you have found a picture online, right click on it and save as... (and type whatever you want to save it as)
1. Make an account at imageshack or Photobucket
2. Upload your pictures there. By hitting browse and locating your image on your hard drive.
3. Come back to the forum and in your profile (if your posting a sig or avatar) copy the url of the picture taken from image shack or photobucket.
4. Add the following code:
5. And there is your picture. Also note some image sharing sites already have the code for the image for forums.
