Can anyone suggest a program to animate stuff like a sig. The stuff like were things light up and flash. Also can you tell me the price too because it has to be near 100 dollars.

yea when i had photoshop back in the day i used imageready,......it was sweet....i wish i still had it...i am gong to go look for it now

Flash is very good program also, but it is for really advanced animation, and it is expensive.

could you use flash for sigs?!!? i didnt know that i have flash from when i used to take a class on it wow wish i wouldve known that you could use it for sigs

no you can't use flash for sigs. Stick to animated gif's using photoshop and imageready
