First day I ever click on the leaderboard for consecutive gaming days at 360voice, which goes right to where you are, I happen to be ranked 2499. No joke. This screenshot will prove it.
See? Start=2499 in the URL, and I'm top on the page. Type it in for yourself for belief. It starts at Start=1 as well, which I experimented just to check.
