im kinda getting pissed at microsoft because halo 3 comes out in about 1 week and i havn't got my xbox back..and i phone xbox support today but they told me to phone back in 24 hours because their system is down...WTF

i already have 2 games that i cant play ..guitar hero 2 and bioshock...

i swear if my xbox isn't back before halo 3 comes out..im going to shit a brick....its been over a month1!!!!!

Rory, you're in the same shit as me. I've been checking service.xbox.com daily, and it finally changed. Now it shows a different serial number, actually says I have a warranty, and it says no pending repair. Either I'm getting fucked, their maintenance is messing with it, or I'm getting a new xbox.
