My 3 days from hell

my day started yesterday afterwork...at 6:00 am...i went to my buddys place, and blahblahblahnothing important happend ..except for the fact...i spent the day there...so i got home at around 5..and i slept for 4 hours..at 9 i forced myself out of bed, and got ready for my first shift 10pm-6am...

that shift was ok..just frustrating because i work with a useless 99year old bitch...

6am...clock out..i waited for 30min for my ride to come

the assistant manager at the 711 in breyside drove me to herstore to work for 8 hours while they have a stafff meating

that store was busy , there was no time to think about how tired i was...blahblahblah the long shift finally wraps up...BAM i am back at my orignial store

3:00pm...back at my store..i hung around and talked about myday and ate a twicks bar

345 NOW...i am writting this

430--i have to be down at the stampede grounds for band

830: load the truck..finish with band

9:00 if all goes according to plan i will be home and getting ready for more work

10-6---working with some lazy 19year old girl who cant stop complaining about everything...and its grocery night...that means 3 devliveries
1.pepsi
2. cdc (milk sandwitches bread donuts etc
3 wallace and care HUGE ORDER....

couldn't be as bad as my shifts at walmart, we got grocery monday, wensday. friday, mclanes (misc candy, tobacco, pharmcy ect) tuesday, thursday and during the holidays saturday and sunday. and with out the pending loads of the special deliveries we had a daily 2,500 piece truck (and thats including palets, tvs, pools.. ect large things) and only one side of the truck is palletized (if we were lucky). thank god I was ICS... only 5 hours of my day were dedicated towards the trucks... the rest were doing the job I was actually suppose to do... don't even get me started on the holiday season. (june-january+inventory in the middle) sooo fucking glad I don't work there.

but yea man, thats a rough schedule... perhaps you shouldnt have been with your friend.

dude..i worked at walmart for a year...ics isn't a big deal...oh no..ui have to put boxes on a conveyor belt...god forbid

lol, dude, my store was nothing like that.... we had an old stockroom from an old store so there was absolutely no room to put anything. we had a 4 man team for ics and a 4 man team for unloaders so that means we usually had a max of 5 guys to do all the trucks. and wtf are you talking about? every company uses convey belts to unload their trucks (weither they be auto or manual, ours was manual) if they dont they are retarded. that and its alot harder then rolling pallets out considering you have to walk heavy shit down a corridor to unload it.

we got screwed every night, the store knows it and so did the company. s'why they cant keep a fully man'ed team of either position. (according to our store size we needed 10 unloaders and 12 ics) even the ups guys felt bad for us....

u totally just described my walmarts back room

the front of our main belt ..the wheel kept falling off so it was a pain to move it anywhere

and our unloading area..was really small but then it branched off into the different stock areas...for some fucked up reason they put all the heavy shit like tv's and bbq's upstairs......and to make matters worse..the stock room was worthless because u couldn't put the pallets anywhere they had to go right onto the floor and take up space.....my walmart used to be a wolco....BUT WHERE TALKING ABOUT 711

today we had a huge order..3 pallets of cooler stuff
1 of store supplies and accesories
and 6 of actual shit to sell...omg it was a nightmare
