To answer this question simply, after you type in your text using the text tool it should be its own layer. You can move it around by selecting the text layer and using the move tool. You can change the size by pressing ctrl+t (transpose). A box will appear and you can drag it to whatever size you want. To change the font or color you can select the text and change those things on the top tool bar.

yeah, meaning you want to edit it yourself? I can send you the psd file and it will have all the layers and stuff. Let me know if you want it.
