I only found 2 posts, and those were the ones in the ATTENTION topic. Nothing worth a banning. You were right, Tyler. Unless posts were deleted, there was absolutely no reason for you to be banned.

Exactly, that's why i have been somewhat upset this whole time. And then jeremy goes and starts talking about me like I control everything that happens between people on TDC forums. I still don't really know what i've done worth a banning.(it's been longer than a week lol)

I went to your profile, and searched the last 100 posts you made. Only 2 were bad enough for warning points, and they would only combine to about 5 or 10 (since the Rory one was really funny, and the one at TJ's speech being unlike staff was funny also) max. There's no reason for you to be banned; next time Jeremy is on, I'll ask him why. If he says what I think he will, I will tell him check his last 100 posts and tell me what in there deserves a banning. (about the last 95 or so were after you left)

I knew those two were risking warning points, but with some of the stuff that goes on in the forums I just try to bring some humor, i'm sure at least TJ knew I was joking with him, I talk to him on msn and joke with him there too.

No Brandon they actually did not. You could have easily sent this to Jeremy in a pm. I'm sure that Jeremy gave Tyler his reasons for banning him and no one should question as to why the OWNER of this site bans someone from it. Standing up for Tyler is admirable but this is one fight that I doubt you'll win. Just leave it be. The issue was between Jeremy and Tyler and it should stay between them. I highly suggest that you stop injecting yourself into the matter becasue it's not helping you at all.

Anyone else who wants to question why Jeremy has doen what he does should do it respectfully in pm's. Keep in mind that he does not need to share every little decision with the clan. It's his clan and he can run it how he sees fit. We are fortunate to have an understanding overlord who will listen to reason and when it comes time to make a decision he makes it with all the information at hand and it's usually reasonable.

If Tyler is so heartbroken about being banned from the forums, he has Jeremy's e-mail and he should take it up directly with him. This shouldn't be a fight that everyone who feels he was wronged takes on.

Brandon apparently doesn't want to listen to me when I explain to him that this sort of thing just creates drama / problems.

This place is better off without the Tyler (calico) of the last several months. Have you guys heard me talking about him lately? I had moved passed this and for some reason certain people can't let it drop. News flash for everyone: Tyler deserved what came to him. There was so much going on behind the scenes that most don't even know about.

Tyler (roggie or calico): If you think I really care about what a 14 year old who I could squash with my left pinky finger has to say, you are fooling yourself.

Brandon, I have asked you several times in a mature manner as a friend to not purposly cause drama, and to try to show some level of respect on my own site. This is your last warning. If you purposly try to antogonize me or anyone in the clan again, or purposly try to cause drama, you will find yourself at least temp banned. Sorry Rick, but I am getting sick of Brandon's BS.

And to conclude, I don't have to justify myself to ANY OF YOU. Like I said, Roggie, there was so much going on behind the scenes that you can't see in Tyler's posts. Take the word of someone who has been running a successful clan for 2 years now: I know what I am doing. Believe me that I always do what is in the best interest of TDC and for the well being of this site.

And I get the last word...perk of being the one in charge.
