i have lost all motivation to go to the gym....i wont be doing anything interesting this summer with band, army probly isn't giong to happen, my lifes a mess, hell i havn't gone for 3 weeks and now im starting to get fat...but i dotn care
fuck life
i mean come ON!....i wanna go to the gym but all i can think of is how slow results are and now that i have not gone in a while it would be like starting over all over again and i dont think i can handle that...fuck

i just got back from the gynm....oh my god i dotn know why i dont go more...i felt so good after...i think im back in the grove...and its not like im missing anything..except for more love from ..anyhoo...big muscles rawr..sexy/...ill shut up now..i have a feeling i will be walking right into a burn if i say anymore

so i was at the gym this morning and i was doing this exersize (as one does at the gym) and i was like..aww man that feels good..so i streched my arm and i couldn't bend it back i had to use my other arm to put it back into position.
