so i am trying to get in shape for the army these days.....and i cant ever seem to motivate myself to do anything...so i thought to myself..hmmm how can i get in shape?

i took my old tv to my basement where the treadmill is..and then hooked up the xbox....and i played while running on my treadmill!!!!!!

IT WAS SO FUN! i playeed star wars republic commando for 45 min. straight while running at speed 7.2 on my tread mill....*a medium jog*

I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH FUN WITH THAT GAME,,,,it felt like i was in teh game running around and shooting people

i ran for 45 min....and the only reason i stopped was because i almost fell off the treadmill because my legs were so damn tired....i was sweating sooooo much m shirt was wet and heavy..

if i had wireless internet or a realllyyy long internet cable i would play halo like that every damn day
