me personally i want to get rid of the Reg's because i feel like i cant talk any strategy to anyone out side of my reg.

The regiments are going to stick around, but they will be rearranged alot due to people leaving. I am also going to conduct it so that things are much less competitive so the clan does not get divided. As soon as things are a little less busy for me I will work on that.
