anyone know if there is anyway to boost upload because i really need host to win these games and i never get it... i just did a speed test and i had 8 mb down and 376kb up thats not enough!
any ideas?

Pay for a faster upload. Really though you need to check to see what the internet package your subscribed to states as the max upload speed. If it's 384 the you're about where it should be. If your cbale company says you should be getting 768 or 1Mb uploads then you are way below and need to talk to them about it.
