it wont get my ip address and the error message says: Your console was unable to negotiate a lease with your dhcp server. make sure that addresses are available on your server.

that tells me that your router is setup for only a certain number of ip addresses to be handed out and there all taken. Try shutting off a computer in the house and starting up the xbox to see if that helps.

what i did was just reset my connection and it finally decided to work
