I'm lost as to why it won't work. Try looking at the FAQ on the apple web site to see if there's a resolution there. Also, try contacting customer support.

delete it and download it from apple.com again or your comp cant handle it

wow i just bought this computer two months back.. im pretty sure it should be able to handle it.. ive went through plenty of faqs and i cannot find anything.. ill just give up.

If you cannot ge tit to work you need to contact Apple support. There's obviously an issue and they should be able to help you pin-point it.

There's a new 7.0 version of iTunes available.Try that to see if it'll work for you.
