Stender, your connection is pretty standard for cable these days: 6m up, 384 k down. Same as mine, at least thats what they tell me.

the key is the upload for online gaming. Your xbox is sending out lots of info and therefore needs a larger upload to perform well, especially if host (info is being sent and recieved to all the boxes in the game).
