ok i try to start itunes and everytime i try it gives me an error report and wont start? any ideas?

i removed it from my comp then reinstalled didnt do a thing and i have no i dea what you said

What does the error report say? Also, have you tried downloading and installing the latest version of iTunes?

yeah i got itunes version 6 because i just got this computer heres the error signature.. this is all i could get.. appname:itunes.exe appver:6.0.5.20 modname:unknown modver 0.0.0.0 offset: 10001040 i dont know what any of it means

Me either. I'm guessing if you went to the iTunes portion of the apple site it should have some install troubleshooting information. Although it seems the install is working properly it may be a windows setting screwing it up. Here's a link to some install information.
