As of right now i have a simple xp theme and stuff. The problem is that when a program is open i cant see the start menu nor the task bar and stuff, but when i minimize everything is all there and but when a program is open it hides behind it. Can someone help me with this.

PS I DONT have it to where you put ur mouse on the bottem of the screen and it pops up.

Ok here's the fix, I hope. Right click on the start menu and select properties. Then select the taskbar tab and make sure the box marked "keep taskbar on top of other windows" is checked. If it's not it'll disappear behind the open programs.
