When I try to connect to the internet webpages, they don't load at all. If I try to pull up the TDC website it does not work at all, I am not sure if it is my IP or my ISP or whatever that is causing a problem. This has been like this for quite a while, if anyone has any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated!

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, uninstall it and reinstall it through the Add/Remove Windows Components. See if that works.

Depends on where your accessing the pages. If your doing it from work the military has what's called a smart filter that filters out whatever the IT dept tells it too. It's based on keywords so things like forums, porn, mp3 and such will not be displayed. whatever key words they add to the list, lessens the amount of sites you can view. Here at Edwards, they have also blocked streaming video, flash and active x controls. It's really hard to do anything anymore.
As far as your home connection, it maybe a setting for your internet connection. Check the modem or router settings to make sure you have the connection status to always on. If you have it set to disconnect after a period of inactivity, then you'll get errors when you try to load a page due to the modem or router reconnecting to the service. If you need help with router settings see the documentation on the cd that came with your router. There's also a router config help thread in the tech help section.
