Every time I play halo, I freeze every 2 minutes, anyone know a way to fix it?

Have you timed it to every two minutes? J/K....really what is going on when you play? Is there sufficient ventillation around the xbox? Do you notice it just with Halo or are other games affected?
Try to post the conditions that are happening so we can help you find out if it's a heat issue, possible disc going bad, maybe your dvd drive is jacked up. And if it's on a 360 it's most likely related tio heat or a hardware problem. They're still having problems.

It is on both systems. It took me like 20 tries to get it to work, but I think the disk is dying. I haven't moved anything, and everything else works.

Try cleaning both drives with a disk cleaner and then clean the Halo disk really well. This may help it last a little longer.
