I just bought a new keyboard. The people who made it put Insert and Print Screen on the same key. Now i cannot get Insert to do anything. the writing on the keyboard is Insert over Print Screen, but just hitting it acts as print screen, and any button combo acts as print screen. Any help?

The printscreen should not work until you hold downthe control key and press it. Otherwise it should just act as insert, unless they switched the commands around on the keyboard. Try holding control and pressing hte insert button to see if it will insert a character.

I tried with Ctrl + Insert/print screen, and by itself, and it acts as Prnt Scrn.

O.k. try turning off the F-lock option to see if that helps. If not you'll need to e-mail logitech support at their e-mail form and ask what's up with it.
