its mainly java script. There are forums in php too. It gets really complicated.

yea. i try to do an anchor tag and it shows the whole "a href=" bit and whatnot.

invision free has wicked fourms and they are so customiziable...u can do shit like make the foumr ranking system apply to you whole webpage..theres better file uploading crap..more customizeable admin tools....i could go on but its better than gay proboards i hate probards

Proboards isn't gay, but there are certainly better choices. If I was restarting the site now, I would go with something else. But we have too much invested here to abandon it.

And applying ranking system to your entire website requires you to host the forums your self, and have everything integrated. If you are a novice webmaster, you will have your work cut out for you. That is in fact what I want to do with this site but it would require a lot of time.

- they should make this like myspace, where you can just type in code and it does what the code would of done, that would be sweet, I could do so much stuff.
