First off, if you don't know what you are doing, don't change any settings.
Now I have a few questions:
Do you know what you are doing? If so, procede. If not, never mess with your router settings again.
Do you have encryption enabled? If you do not, anyone with a wireless card in range can bum off of your connection.
It shows a very small number of packets recieved, only 50 and a large number transmitted. This would mean that the your wireless access point is transmitting, but no one is using it. But it looks as though someone connected to it for a very brief moment, at 10:41 on Nov. 13. It could have been a neighbor who booted up their computer and your connection was the first on their list and it connected them automatically. Then they switched to their own, something like that.
So my recommendation is that if you are not using wireless at your house, disable it completely. There is no need for it and you are inviting people to use up your bandwith or even hack your computers to get sexy pics of your lesbo sister. If you are going to use it, set up at least a small level of encryption to get rid of the free loaders.

Jeremy is right..if your not using it disable it. If you don't there's always the possibility that someone will use it or like he said hack your computers. There's an option in the wireless section of the router to turn off the antenna.

LOL, I knew that something like that would happen Rory. Remember what I said, you shouldn't be messing with that sort of stuff unless you know what you are doing.
