alright i have an ati wonder or something like that ... a video capture card. and when i try to upload my movies into windows movie make it says it cant load it b/c it doesnt support the format. is htere any way to change hte format it records in or change it after??? or is there another editing software that will edit it? thnks

Yes there is a way, the easiest format to record in is .mpg. What program are you using to capture the video?

i know nothing about it... its the ati program the capture card came with i guess

if you get a choice of what mpeg to catpure in, mpeg 4 is the best i believe
it's important to have good quality

don't use mpeg 4, most programs can't decode it.
