When I put my site on freewebs the pictures on the homepage and the background don't show up can anyone help me, or can anyone sugest a different web hosting site that is free where I can put my pre-made site on?

Free webs will work fine.
You have to create the exact same folder structure on your server as you have it on your hard drive. For example, in your main web page folder, it is typical to have all your images saved in a folder called images. You have to also have this folder with all your images on your web server, exactly as it is on your hard drive.
