Hi I'm FrkUout (Rick) and I'm here, along with others, to help you with your technical help needs. I am in no way an expert on everything so if I state something wrong or you have a better way to do something please don't be afraid to contribute. Everything that I know is either self taught or information I have learned in various articles or classes.

Here's a few suggestions to follow when getting ready to post your question.

Please be as descriptive as possible. This will only help us help you.

Try to include the manufacturer,model number and serial number for any router and/or access point questions. This will help with retrieving the correct information for your particular equipment.

Please read help database sub-board before posting. Your situation may already be covered in these topics. If it is not please feel free to post your question.

I will do my best to make sure I post links to any information that will help/guide you through the process of installing, cleaning, updating, or disassembling whatever it is your working on.

Remember this forum is here to help people so there are no dumb questions.
