I vote new ladder to get rid of all the people who don't play anymore.
A FFA will help to determine The Starting order.

No new ladder, because then we would be starting it over everytime someone starts or stops playing. Inactive people will eventually move to the bottom, unless they are #1 and we already dropped Meesam.

No, not everytime someone stops playing.
We do a new one now, get the order. Then we set a rule that if a person won't be on Halo for 3 months or something to play, then they get moved to bottom.

You can challenge who ever all you want. The ladder will be updated in the order that the results are posted.
Brandon, you will start and the bottom and have to work your way up like everyone else did.

i think we should make a rule that if someone is challenged eand fails to play the challenger within an amounted time they should take a loss.

Well...I don't think so because what happens when that person can't play? Maybe if they are both online, and a challenge is made, and one person refuses to play. Everyone should play in ladder matches, who cares if you lose.
