ok can any suggest a conversion software which will allow me to convert Windows Media Audio/Video file formate to ether .mov or mpeg formate.

I wish I could help you with that, but I am new to video editing. Try searching google on converting movie formats.

download.com is a pretty good website to get that kind of stuff but there is a chance of getting a virus or it slowing your computer down greatly
