I believe you have it backwards...100 is most drunk, 1 is least drunk. So Denver is the winner.

Durham is the least drunk? I'm guessing they don't check out Duke's campus.
They get all the calls in every basketball game and the cops turn a blind eye to them. Damn, Krzyzewski really is paying EVERYONE.

my state wasnt even one the law one..... arizona is suposed to be the worst with dui laws but we sucked as at it compared to cali
