nope. We've had that speed for almost a year. The time warner guy told us yesterday that coming soon our connection would go to 2Mbps up and 15Mbps down. Right now we're 1Mbps up and 10 bursting to 15 down.

Yes...your download is 10 Megabit and your upload is 1.5 Megabit. You should get host alot if you have a reliable connection.
