its completely free, go to www.xbconnect.com for the program. It tricks your xbox into thinking its playing a system link game.

no, it just has to be on the network, just like xbox live. You don't need to change a thing because you already have xbox live running. It does however require you to use your computer and xbox at the same time.

They have a whole list of games that it supports.
I know for a fact mechassault and UNreal Championship are on the list. I think Halo2 is on there too.
The hardest part of setting the whole thing is is the router settings. If you don't know how to do it they have a lik on the site to show you how for you particular router.

if your going to play on xbc be host becuase your going to have alot of lag

the problem i have with xbconnect is that my cpu is hooked up to wireless and it has to be attached to a hard line

it doesn't have to be a hrd line...i used wireless with my laptop...it's just adds to the lag a little

well i can never connect to my xbox which is wireless so when i start a game my xbox is still searching so i get booted when i havent even started playing even though my computer can find it

It's probably the lag between the xbox and the computer then...I didn't know the xbox was wireless..sorry
