As a child, (heh, I lied. until I was 13) I wasn't allowed to play a game rated M. Overprotective parents. I'm still not allowed to play GTA.

Roggie: My parents are the po-po. (Police) They have served in law enforcement for about 25 years each. Basically I can't even SAY GTA in this house without hearing my parents say "You better not be playing that game". Has that ever stopped me? Nope. My neighbor has a very fancy PC and every GTA game available... with mods AND Online Multiplayer. So... dont tell my parents, but I've shot a couple police in game...

If someone could just explain to me how running around shooting people and stealing cars doesn't get extremely old, I'll be suprised. There are missions, you say? The missions are dumb, the storyling sucks. So, that being said, explain.

every game is the same as the last.
rpg=save the world get the girl a sacrifice if made even if the hero dies.
FPS=you are a total badass that no matter what gun you use your a pro with it and a force of evil has to be slaughtered.
FreeRoaming= Run around a city upteenmillion times doing the same shit in diff ways.
Racing= you drive. period. no matter what you are doing, you are driving (this genre though has undoubtely the best selection of game types)
Simulation= Meticulous building and training.
RTS= build an army, unleash hell in the same 4 ways everytime.
WWII= woot.. more fucking nazis.. -.-
Movie to game= teh suck
Tetris= blocks... everywhere...

Free Roaming
Movie to Game (god, people give me these for free, and I say no thanks.)

the only good movie to game-game was king kong...it was veryfun, and it felt more like an interactive movie than a game...its hard to explain
and there were puzzles but they weren't think outside the box puzzles.....there were only a handful that were hard adn it was because i wasn't looking aroudn in the right sport lolz
