aight, good idea but heres my idea:
your idea the front buildings move fast back buildings move slower then front
back starts morning slowly progresses to dark. kinda like that

that's pretty good, itd be a little hard to pull off i think, but im sure you can.
oh im not at my house and this comp doesnt have AIM, and i dont want to dload anything onto his comp.

no problem. yea, the coloring and all that shit will be no problem.. as you can tell with my sig.. flawless color transition from orange to blue.. pretty good for those two colors so blue to black and other lighter to darker cololrs will be no problem. problem is the motion ive only made one gif before.. and btw
the pen and pencil tool i -might- have mixed up i dont use either i do everything pixel by pixel.

i only use three tools the lasso tool, paint tool, and the clone brush. and various filters (like gaussian, contour are my favorites to use) I would -never- do a sig without the guassian tool.

=) talent. as you can see with the sigs I make heh, I only use paint shop pro 7.0 as well.
believe it or not I put alot of effort in my sigs, thats why I always love to show them off, even if they arent the best.

lol no, I used the paint tool. pixel by pixel and about 300 layers of various blacks grays and whites. I use gaussian blur like a fiend, i dupli layers then I use the hue/saturation/brightness and color contrast layer options to do coloring, following by erasing around the top color (orange in this case) and gaussian blurring.
takes me about 3 hours just to do the bg in most of my sigs.
