well here is what I think. I know they cheat, however, I think that we should play them and if things start to get shady, we should go ahead and leave the match. I don't see any harm in dropping out of a custom match because the other team starts to cheat. I would much rather give the challenging clan the benefit-of-the-doubt and play them based on the honor system rather than blowing them off. Especially since they made a formal challenge on the boards.

we will (i just posted my thoughts on this in the staff board) start the match as scheduled. But if an any moment I feel we are being cheated, whether is be standby, action reply, modded xbox, warlock bs, or whatever, TDC will quit out and not give GtK another moment of our time.
GtK, if you read this, please realise that if you cheat us, we will not respond to you in any fashion. You will be totally cut off from this website and any of our members. Any attempt to post on our site will be useless because I will immediately ban the poster and delete posts. This can all be prevented if we have a fair match.

I know inferno cheats. It is a proven fact. Why do you think he has to keep getting new accounts? I also know that his clan has cheated. Whether is was you guys, I don't know. So just be aware of that. And mast3r, you have no idea what you have gotten your self into.

OK well it is Tuesday, I sent messages to several GtK guys but they have not responded to me. So if we can't get it set up for tomorrow, I am going to drop the battle because this bs is not worth my time. Lets just do some regiment battles.
