Oh and just a question for Zangief, do we really need to know how to sketch a graph using the the local max/min, inc/dec, and all that junk.

max min is easy...we did that in grade 10...u just use your calculator..takes like 30 seconds..all u have to do is graph it and use some spceial function on the calc..

you take the first derivitive and set it to zero...and you might need to know it if you need to know how to read graphs for a living

well we did it without also...but i only remember the calculator version..we wow it was like 5 years ago since i did them

Rory i am not allowed to use calculators on test, so it is kinda dumb if i use them on hw. I will get no practice if i do use them. And its not easy like grade 10, it is much more difficult. Oh and i know how to do it, its just i have to find so many things and it takes forever.

lol, i should have paid attention in math class... and science class.... and ya pretty much all other classes... cept english... s'only class i was actually forced to pay attention in.. and ironically the only one i never failed...infact i usually Aced everything in it lol. and look at me now mah, im a rambling mistyping foo.

i can remember how to do all my math on my calc,,,,but if i have to use a regular calc and not my ti83..im fuced..i cant even add/multiple/divide fractions with out it

Rick the semester is now half way over (and so is the class) and we have been refering back to stuff that we did in ALG 2 (int alg) so much. We only do the annoying stuff from it though, like graphing.
Oh and thanks Jer, it is now a lot easier now that i can skip some steps and stuf
