Throwing 100 pitches for 3 straight days is tiring.

Then swinging a bat 100 times. Wood bat that's like 35 or 36 ounces.

Not really. I got my slider working really well, and I don't throw that hard, so it isn't that bad. If I threw hard, it would be. I throw at 80%; I could never do this when I threw at 90%.

Ok, you took that the wrong way. I said it's really not that bad, because you were acting like I throw 100 miles an hour, and your arm is numb after 100 pitches. It's hard, just not as hard as you were acting like it is.

even if you dont throw 100 miles an hour you arms limit is your arms limit whether it be 50mph or 80 mph if you arm can only throw that much 100 pitches is probably the stupidest thing to do especially for 3 straight days

Only throw 100? Wow, in my league, the kids aren't like the major league pitchers today. We are more like the one's in the 90's, like Nolan Ryan, who could actually throw 150 pitches, Ryan threw 200+ in some of his complete games. Today, it is just pathetic.
