Rory maybe has not directly tried to humiliate tyler, but by posting something vulgar for everyone to see, is indirectly trying to humiliate him.

I agree with that. Even though, since these are my forums I do not beleive it right to riducule someone for their sexual orientation, which is what you did. Therefore, your first post was a mistake.

maybe so, but i accomplished me true goal and another one whilst on the move. I got rorys attention so i could tell him what was needed, and i got him annoyed like he has been doing to me for the last 3 days

no offense, but can you say totalitarianist? i dont remember any ridiculing going on. i dont remember reading, "haha rorys gay hahaha" no, nothing like that comes to mind here. what it was, was tyler stating that fact that rory is gay. no mocking him, no ridiculing him, so where was he wrong? he never said, "this is a fact, blah blah blah" he stated opinions and thats it.

And yeah, I care about what people post on my myspace, just like you care if TDC sees that you are gay (even though i dont know why it matters so much to you, but it got what i needed and that was your attention)

Well, the only way that is going to happen is if you don't bring it up anymore Rory. This thread will be closed soon anyway.
Why did Tyler feel the need to point this out? Because he thought it was the best way humiliate and piss Rory off. I think we can all say mission accomplished as well. Coming from a heterosexual, white, middle class male between the ages of 18 and 34 (something which most of you will become some day) I have no clue what it must be like to deal with something like that. If what Rory says is true, he has obviously had to deal with a lot from family and friends and it doesn't seem like it was very positive.
Rory has made plenty of mistakes, but the fact that he is gay is not one. There is no need to make a big deal out of it. Sadly, the fact that we keep discussing it is only devaluing my argument, I should shut this down soon.

Although Jeremy closed this thread there's a couple things I'd like to add.
I would like to say that my eyes are not virgin in any way Tyler. I was trying to make a point that you were over reacting to something that happened to you, much like Rory over reacted to something that happened to him. Maybe if you stepped back for a moment too see that when you and Brandon talked with Jesse and then posted the results here, you violated the trust of a supposid friend. Those types of things are not something you should do to someone you call a friend.
Brandon, seeing as how Tyler is only 14 he should have one of the limited myspace accounts(since the others are for 16 and over). If his parents were so concerned that he is exposed to something or that someone, somewhere can see a post that may be inappropiate then they should censor his account. Like Jeremy said, he can set it to have the comments approved before they are posted. Or just get the resticted account and not let the "bad people that may post something offensive" on his frineds list. Then they cannot say something to offend him, his dad or his dads friends.
My last point is that even though there wasn't blatent making fun of or ridicule of Rory, it was very much implied, as Jeremy stated. None of us can understand what Rory goes through every day when dealing with those who do not like gays. If you were truely his friend, not a fair weather friend, you'd have some compassion for what he has to deal with.
I feel better now.
