How would it be possible for a member to move up to staff? I want it to be possible because i think a staff position would be cool. If there's anything I can do, let me know.

Members are promoted to staff by Zangief. Those of use who are staff may recommend someone to him but the ultimate decision is his to make. A lot of it has to do with your participation in the forums (actual posts not just short comments), participation in the clan events, and on live. If your an active member you may eventually get recognized with the staff rank. Keep in mind that we shouldn't have all staff positions and no members. That would make the clan unbalanced as far as decisions go. Hope this helps you and if Jeremy has anything to add please do.

Like Rick just said, it basically comes down to my opinion of you. I will discuss it with the other staff members, but in the end it is my decision. Maturaty level, willingness to participate and help in clan events, forum posts, and attitude is what I look for. If you are the kind of player who goes and plays matchmaking with his friends instead of accepting my invites, you don't score points with me. If you talk shit to other players online, I don't want to have you representing TDC as a staff member. If I can't ask you a question and get a mature and well thought response, there will be now chance cuz that is what I ask staff members. TDC has to be in your best interest all the time. And, you have to have been in the clan for a long time to have shown me all this.

believe me its hard ive been trying for a couple of months and still no luck but im still gonna try to participate in as much clan stuff as possible so i can have a little hope to becoming staff one day

I'm not begging to get a staff postition......i would think it is hard being a staff because u have to make hard decisions n stuff....i mean i m fine with just being in TDC it self i don't need to be a staff I'm happy with just being a member n playing with u all......i mean i have gotten a lot better....i was playing with a couple of my friends n i was killing them soo badly that one of them threw the controller down n started cursing me off.....lmao......i mean i was never that good before......n now he calls me a geek n everything....just because i know where all the weapons r on the new maps.......it's not my fault i know where they r already......i just play them a lot n i just found them by walking around......i can't help it if i just remember where they r.....my friend says i study them?  |

well it was them 3 against me n i would take all three of them out at once.....lol they would gang up on me n everything...lol.....they got me a couple times too........n it was on one TV n i'm use to having the TV to myself.....n when i took them all out it was with SMG's lol i had to reload after every guy i took out....but i did it fast enough to get the tripple kill everytime.....lol....they also had the sniper.....n i could tell they were screen looking to....lol cause the guy without the sniper would be like o o o i know where he is lol....but then i got the sniper from them with the all mighty BR!!!....sry for kind of getting off topic there :-/but ya i m fine with just being a member ;D
